The full learning journey guides participants through four interactive topics led by virtual coaches Zak and Amira, supported by activities such as self-reflection and a final survey. Learners who are new to a Bodyswaps module also complete a brief induction to become familiar with the app’s features and prepare for the experience ahead.
The experience follows a linear structure, with the coaches guiding learners step by step through each activity. Full engagement with every activity is recommended to ensure learners gain the maximum benefit from the programme.
