The full learning journey guides participants through four interactive topics led by virtual coaches Zak and Amira, supported by activities such as self-reflection and a final survey. First-time users of a Bodyswaps module also complete a brief induction to become familiar with the app’s features and prepare for the experience ahead.
The module follows a linear structure, with the coaches guiding learners step by step through each activity. Full engagement is recommended to achieve the best outcomes. Each topic takes approximately five to ten minutes to complete, with overall completion time varying if learners choose to revisit topics to explore alternative options or refine their open-ended responses.
