Learners are advised to access the ancillary and simulation activities in the sequence indicated, as each stage builds on the previous one. The full journey guides participants through three interactive topics led by virtual coaches Ashley and Abeeku, supported by onboarding, self-reflection, and a final survey. The experience follows a linear structure, with the coaches leading learners step by step through all activities.
Full engagement with each activity is recommended to achieve the greatest learning benefit. Each topic is designed to take approximately five to ten minutes to complete, with overall completion time varying if learners choose to revisit topics to explore alternative options, which is encouraged, or to refine their open-ended responses.

- Understand how posture affects both performance outcomes and physiological responses.
- Practise a guided mindfulness exercise designed to reduce stress and anxiety.
- Develop a research-informed self-counselling approach to manage the inner critic and break cycles of nervousness, negative thinking, and self-criticism.
