About The Course
This module centres on an interactive simulation that allows learners to practise answering interview questions as often as they wish. The experience is supported by additional activities, including onboarding, self-reflection, and a final survey.
The module is designed to take approximately ten minutes to complete. Actual completion time may vary depending on the number of questions practised and whether learners choose to refine their responses.
Learning objectives:
- Analyse interview questions, including unexpected or challenging prompts, to understand what interviewers are assessing.
- Learn a reliable three-step approach for responding to behavioural interview questions.
- Structure clear and compelling answers using the C.A.R. (Context, Action, Result) technique.
- Practise effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills when delivering interview responses.
