About The Course

The full learning journey guides participants through four interactive topics led by the virtual coach Nola, supported by additional activities such as onboarding, self-reflection, and a final survey. The experience follows a linear structure, with Nola guiding learners step by step through each activity. Full engagement with all activities is recommended to achieve the greatest learning benefit.

Each topic is designed to take approximately five to ten minutes to complete. Overall completion time may vary if learners choose to revisit topics to explore alternative options, which is encouraged, or to refine their open-ended responses.

Learning objectives:

  • Identify personal implicit biases and understand how they influence behaviour.
  • Recognise the impact of bias on patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
