The full learning journey guides participants through three interactive topics led by Florence, a member of station staff, and is supported by additional activities including onboarding, self-reflection, and a final survey. The experience follows a linear structure, with coaches guiding learners step by step through each activity. Full engagement with all activities is recommended to achieve the greatest benefit.
Each topic is designed to take approximately five minutes to complete. Overall completion time may vary if learners choose to revisit topics to explore alternative options, which is encouraged, or to refine their open-ended responses.
